FoxyData has one inbox: contact@foxydata.dev. Corrections, questions about a calculator, notes from hosting providers and privacy requests all go to the same address, and the same editors read them. There is no ticket form and no phone line.
A price or spec on a page is out of date
GPU server, VPS and bare-metal prices move often, and plan names change even more often. If a page shows a monthly price, a VRAM size, a bandwidth allowance or a plan that no longer matches what the provider sells, tell us. The fastest emails include:
- the full URL of the FoxyData page, including the language prefix if you read it in another language (for example
/it/or/de/); - the exact line or table row that is wrong;
- a link to the provider’s own pricing or product page that shows the current figure.
We check the figure against that public page, fix the article if it is wrong and change its update date. If we cannot confirm a figure from a public source, we remove the number rather than guess.
A calculator gives a result that looks wrong
The VRAM sizer, the egress and serverless cost calculators and the payment fee estimators run in your browser. Your inputs are not sent to us, so we cannot see what you entered. To help us reproduce a problem, copy the inputs you used (model size, quantization, context length, traffic, request volume or transaction amount), the result you got and the result you expected, and tell us which browser you were using.
Hosting providers and hardware makers
Some links on FoxyData are affiliate links. They go through /go/ addresses and are marked as sponsored. If you work for a provider we cover and something we wrote about your product is inaccurate, send the correction with a public source, the same way readers do. Questions about partnerships also go to contact@foxydata.dev.
Your data and your email
You can use every page and calculator on FoxyData without an account. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. To have your correspondence deleted, write from the same address with “Delete my messages” in the subject line.
Please never email passwords, API keys, SSH keys, cloud console screenshots that show access tokens, or full server logs that contain customer data. A description of the problem and a link are enough for us to start. If you think you have found a security problem on foxydata.dev itself, describe it in plain text and leave out any working exploit.
What we cannot do
FoxyData does not sell servers or hosting, cannot see or change your account with any provider, and cannot issue refunds or support for a provider’s service. For billing, outages or migrations, contact the provider’s own support team.
